Since the beginning, consultants have used essentially the same workflow. Performing your survey, taking copious, handwritten notes, then returning to their office to create a final deliverable.
REPORT
After a few days or even weeks, reports are delivered via unsecured emails and then converted to an editable form. The data is then reorganized, modified, and converted into an action plan.

At MSL, we use our proprietary software on mobile devices to capture findings quickly, efficiently, and accurately. Using this technology, we are able to capture images of relevant findings, clearly illustrating the issue to be corrected.
REPORT
MSL Spotlight Action Planner allows you to access our findings in near real time. MSL will deliver a preliminary report upon completion of the onsite component of your survey and a final report within 3 business days. Our reports are delivered securely through our Action Planner, minimizing the possibility that your information is misused.
ACT
In addition to the traditional reports, MSL Spotlight Action Planner provides immediate access to your findings already formatted as an action plan. Make assignments, update statuses, analyze progress all within our secure platform.
